Alde’s UK HQ in Wellingborough, Northants is better known as “Moosewerks”. The Service Centre at Moosewerks offers a wide range of fitted Alde products for touring caravans and all classes of motorhome or specialist vehicles.

Can it be done?

Until an Alde engineer scopes your vehicle we cannot 100% guarantee that your job is feasible. We will do our best to advise you prior to fixing your booking, using all knowledge and experience at our disposal. If in doubt, it is possible to book your vehicle for scoping and make a second booking once the job details have been finalised.

Staying the night

You might not have to leave home in the early hours to arrive on time. With advanced notice we can arrange for you to stay the night on our car park with gated entry, before or after your booking.

Alde Flow continuous hot water system

Can be retrofitted to any Alde Compact 3020 or Compact 3030 heating system so you can shower for as long as you want.

Fluid changed while you wait

We only use Alde-approved antifreeze product for our heating fluid, which provides 5-year long life protection. For most caravans and motorhomes, this takes around 2 hours.

Automatic Climate Control

If your vehicle has a Truma Aventa air conditioner and pre-cut channels in the ceiling, we can connect it to the Alde Compact 3020 or Compact 3030 system to provide Automatic Climate Control. Set your desired temperature on the Alde control panel and it will be stably maintained, just like in a luxury car.

Boiler rebuild

If you’ve taken ownership of a second-hand vehicle with a neglected Alde Compact 3010, 3020 or 3030 boiler, we can rebuild it for you with a brand new chassis and even transfer the serial number.

Engine heat exchanger

Once your motorhome is out of warranty, retrofitting an Alde engine heat exchanger becomes an obvious aftermarket modification, using the engine’s waste heat to power your central heating and hot water.

Bespoke installation

We love a special project at Alde! If you’re building a special vehicle like a panel van conversion, coach conversion or expedition vehicle, bring it to us to quote on bespoke installation of an Alde heating system.
